Every year Pflugerville throws a free block party aptly named “Slice of Pflugerville” that highlights the community that is just outside of north Austin. This year, they’ve outdone themselves and brought the grammy nominated band Spin Doctors to headline in the heart of quaint downtown Pflugerville. The band played two songs before technical difficulties with a generator stopped the show. The delay and the light rain sprinkle did not stop the festivities of the day though, with the band coming back and rocking out to a full set. It was a nostalgic set filled with fun and classic 90’s hits like “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong” and “Two Princes.”
