These days, it’s rare to see crowds really get into a performance, usually standing and maybe bobbing heads to the beat.  It’s refreshing to see a band like Walk the Moon that knows how to put on a show from entrance to finish and have the audience reciprocate and be engaged the entire show singing and dancing.  They walked onto the stage to Lion King’s Circle of Life and were greeted with loud cheering.  Perhaps the highlight of the night was when they broke into a song from their previous album “I Can Lift A Car” with the crowd singing along and throwing their hands up in the air, simulating lifting a car and showing that the fan base is familiar with much more than their infectious hit “Shut Up and Dance.”
