Up on the Emo’s stage before a sold out crowd, ELOHIM is a one-woman song shop –the lone siren songstress sang and made beautiful melodies with a myriad of buttons at her fingertips (there seemed to be a synth/midi looper and a drum pad). Not only armed with a voice that leads the lyrics from sad to joyous at the casual flip of the tempo, her harmonies take us on a walk/run through all kinds of emotions. While she tweeted: “production tip – press buttons until it sounds cool,” her production exemplifies meticulously mastered hooks that keep even the most squirrel brained entranced from beginning to end.
